Application, invitation and approval
An invitation or application does not guarantee approval or commission. We review your audience, evidence and promotion plan. Before a referral link is activated, you must accept a written agreement and the private programme setup must be verified.
Commission and eligible sales
Every approved Prime Affiliate receives 40% of the full price actually charged for each eligible, verified NLP course sale attributed to them, including any tax within that fixed price. An approved discount lowers the price used; a confirmed refund or reversal reduces the recorded commission. Payment-processing fees do not reduce the commission base. A US$1,997 eligible sale records US$798.80 commission unless later reversed; an approved private offer uses its actual amount charged. This is the entire referral commission for that sale. Your agreement states eligible individual or corporate NLP purchases and payment arrangements, but cannot lower the 40% rate.
A corporate order is recorded once for the paid group purchase. Seat invitations or learner claims do not create additional sales commissions. AOS credit redemptions, AOS card top-ups, self-referrals and unapproved partnerships do not generate NLP commission.
Affiliate links, PRIME codes and attribution
The public NLP Masterclass price is US$1,997. An activated affiliate may share a full-price referral link, which attributes an eligible purchase without changing that price, or a private discounted link, which selects the approved lower price. A self-chosen, valid PRIME code selects the discounted offer. The exact discounted price is shown in the affiliate portal and to an eligible buyer before payment. Codes are case-insensitive, start with PRIME and contain 1 to 24 following letters or numbers. PRIME and PRIME1 through PRIME4 are reserved for the business. A changed code is retired for new purchases and remains reserved to that affiliate. Suspension, an unaccepted agreement, an unavailable program or a self-referral cannot unlock an offer.
Clicking an active affiliate link selects its full-price or discounted route and saves a signed, necessary checkout selection for up to 24 hours, so the buyer can sign in and finish enrolment without optional consent. The buyer may separately opt in to remember that referral; the optional first-party cookie can preserve the same affiliate and selected route for later individual enrolment for up to 45 days from that choice, while that affiliate, accepted agreement and program remain eligible. Declining or clearing this optional choice does not remove the current 24-hour requested route. A buyer can enter a valid PRIME code directly without either cookie. An entered valid PRIME code wins over a different affiliate link or remembered referral and selects the code owner's discounted offer. Invalid codes or expired offers require correction or a visible price review before purchase.
Price, affiliate and accepted agreement are saved together when an order is quoted. Before checkout starts, a buyer may change the selected link or enter a PRIME code; an untouched quote is expired and a new quote shows the chosen price and affiliate. A checkout already started keeps its original price and attribution. Reopening the same offer can reuse its quote. The buyer can clear the optional remembered referral and attribution, or remove the selected route and referral on the offer page before a new order.
We use the existing Tapfiliate account with a dedicated NLP program to record eligible conversions. We do not share the student's email address or learning activity with affiliates. Your report contains the order reference, course amount, eligible sale type and your agreed commission.
Reports, payment and adjustments
Recorded commission is a report of the agreement calculation, not confirmation that money has been paid. Finance reviews eligible sales, disputes and the payment terms in your agreement before any payout. This portal does not send automatic cash payouts.
NLP purchases are governed by the customer terms shown before checkout. Mandatory legal remedies, payment reversals, duplicate payments and disputes can require commission adjustments. An order under review is held. Confirmed reversals reduce or cancel the associated commission; a verified resolved dispute can restore an eligible balance. Contact support about a reporting discrepancy before requesting payment.
Responsible promotion
Identify your commercial relationship when promoting the course, make accurate claims, respect consent and applicable marketing rules, and use material approved for this course. Describe accurately whether you are sharing the full-price course or your approved private offer, and ensure buyers see the exact price before payment. Do not promise guaranteed outcomes, invent accreditations, publish inactive or another affiliate's code, send unsolicited marketing without a valid basis, or share another affiliate's private agreement.
Suspension and closing an account
We can decline an application or suspend a partnership with a recorded explanation. Suspension stops new referral attribution and queues the scoped private programme update. Previously recorded eligible orders retain their own agreement record for review. Closing your account suspends the partnership and removes application/contact data that is no longer needed. Records necessary for payments, agreements, legal obligations and disputes may be retained as explained in the privacy policy.
